In this privacy policy we explain how we collect, process and protect your data — in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Order data: Name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, products ordered.
• Payment data: Processed exclusively by our payment providers — we never store full credit card details.
• Contact data: Information you send us by email or contact form.
• Technical data: Server logs (IP address, browser type, time of access), cookies and similar technologies to ensure the website operates correctly.

4. Services & recipients

To run our shop we work with carefully selected service providers. They process data only on our instructions.

• Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland / Canada): Shop hosting, order processing, transactional email. Data may be transferred to third countries (including Canada) for which an adequate level of data protection is recognised.
• Payment providers: Stripe, PayPal and TWINT for secure handling of the selected payment method.
• Shipping providers: Swiss Post and logistics partners commissioned by us to deliver your order.
• Technical infrastructure: CDN and security services (e.g. Cloudflare) that process log files to fend off attacks.

We currently do not use tracking or web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). Should this change, this policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies to provide functions such as the shopping cart. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time — some site functions may then no longer be fully available.

6. Retention period

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations (in particular 10 years for business and accounting records under the Swiss Code of Obligations).
