In this privacy policy we explain how we collect, process and protect your data — in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Order data: Name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, products ordered.
• Payment data: Processed exclusively by our payment providers — we never store full credit card details.
• Contact data: Information you send us by email or contact form.
• Technical data: Server logs (IP address, browser type, time of access), cookies and similar technologies to ensure the website operates correctly.

4. Services & recipients

To run our shop we work with carefully selected service providers. They process data only on our instructions.

• Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland / Canada): Shop hosting, order processing, transactional email. Data may be transferred to third countries (including Canada) for which an adequate level of data protection is recognised.
• Payment providers: Stripe, PayPal and TWINT for secure handling of the selected payment method.
• Shipping providers: Swiss Post and logistics partners commissioned by us to deliver your order.
• Technical infrastructure: CDN and security services (e.g. Cloudflare) that process log files to fend off attacks.

With your consent we additionally use Google Analytics 4 (usage statistics), Meta Pixel (advertising on Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Pixel (advertising on TikTok). Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Cookies & consent

Our website uses technically necessary cookies (shopping cart, language selection, security) that do not require consent. Statistics and marketing cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 31 Swiss FADP). You can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, with effect for the future.

6. Retention period

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations (in particular 10 years for business and accounting records under the Swiss Code of Obligations).

You have the right at any time to access, rectify, delete and restrict processing of your data. You may also object to processing and request data portability. Please contact info@partyplushies.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
